It covers your right to withdraw from distance and off-premises contracts (where applicable), returns of defective goods, and related refunds. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. If you are a consumer in Finland or the European Union, your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) apply in addition to this policy.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email or post). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission or any other clear statement. Our contact details are set out in section 1. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

3. Effects of withdrawal and return of goods

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use a traceable delivery method and keep proof of posting.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but we may deduct from the refund any loss in value if you have used the product beyond what is necessary (e.g. opened sealed packaging where the product cannot be resold as new). For goods that are not suitable for return by post due to their nature, or where return would be disproportionately costly, we will inform you of any alternative arrangements or costs.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain food supplements once the seal is broken).
  • Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed audio, video, or computer software that were unsealed after delivery.
  • Other exceptions set out in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Finnish law.

If your order falls within an exception, we will inform you before or at the time of order. For products that may be returned only if unopened, we will state this clearly so you can decide before opening the product.

5. Defective products and statutory warranty

If the product you received is defective (e.g. does not conform to the contract, is damaged, or is not as described), you have rights under Finnish consumer law. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or rescission of the contract, depending on the nature of the defect and whether it is minor or major. You must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it. We will respond without undue delay and, where appropriate, arrange for return and inspection of the product. If the product is defective, we will bear the cost of return delivery. Refunds for defective products will be made in accordance with the law (e.g. full refund including delivery where the contract is rescinded).

6. How to initiate a return or withdrawal

To withdraw from the contract or to return a defective product:

  1. Contact us by email at team@vraxylonlldroz.world or by phone at +358 300 20200, or write to us at Mannerheimintie 96, 00250 Helsinki, Finland. Please include your order reference (if you have one), your name, and the reason for the return (e.g. withdrawal within 14 days, or defect).
  2. We will confirm receipt and provide instructions for returning the goods (e.g. return address, any reference number to include).
  3. Pack the product securely and send it to the address we provide. For withdrawal, you bear the cost of return unless otherwise agreed. For defective products, we will cover the return cost.
  4. Once we have received and checked the goods (and, in the case of withdrawal, subject to any deduction for diminished value as permitted by law), we will process the refund within 14 days as required by law.

7. Refund method and timing

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or from the day you provide evidence of having sent them back (for withdrawal), or from the day we accept that the product is defective. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Business customers

If you are purchasing in the course of your trade, business, or profession, the statutory right of withdrawal under consumer law may not apply. Returns and refunds for business customers are subject to our Terms of Service and any separate agreement. Contact us to discuss your situation.

10. Changes to this Return Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes do not affect your rights in respect of orders placed before the change. For new orders, the current version at the time of order applies.
